There is still time to sign up for the self-defense class on Thursday May 9th at the Pilates Studio, from 5:30 to 7:30/8:00.  This class is perfect for mom's and daughters to learn basic skills in defending themselves.  The class is by donation and will teach you the following skills:

  • What are my natural weapons?
  • What are my targets? 
  • How do I hit properly?
  • How do I keep from panicking?  
  • What if someone grabs me from behind? 
  • What if I’m pushed to the ground?
