Woman Lifting Weights in GymOur strong-arm/upper body class is very popular!  It has morphed from a half hour class to a 45 minute class 2 times per week.  With the increase in time, the cost is also being raised to $10.oo or you can use your monthly mat pass for the class!  Either way, you get a great upper body workout, strong arms, strong back and strong abs!  All helping you fight osteoporosis, build confidence and no more flabby chicken wing arms.   The Wednesday class is from 3:00 to 3:45 now and our Monday class is from 9:00 to 9:45.  We are looking forward to seeing you there.
