We have had a couple of requests for an upper body class that is specific for upper body while still working the core. In our active Salida lifestyles with hiking, biking, running and skiing we tend to overwork our lower muscles while neglecting our upper body. A class focused specifically on upper body strength, engaging your lats as Steve says, will help you in day-to-day life and also keep your upper and lower bodies more balanced, and hopefully saving you from injuries. Sonia is trying to get a feeling as to which day and times would work.
