We are adding a new Mat Class Level for all Levels on Thursday at 5:30 pm, starting November 8th.   We are also offering a Pre-natal Class starting next Thursday at 4:30 pm.  This class will be geared towards keeping our moms-to-be in shape and sail smoothly through labor.  One the top reasons Pilates and pregnancy go together so well is that Pilates is great at building core strength. If your abdominals, back, and pelvic floor/Kegel muscles are toned, they will support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery.  Learn to reduce back aches, tone and stretch your body.  Spread the word to moms-to-be who may not be part of our Pilates Community. We have cancelled the 2 classes on Saturday, Ball/Bosu and Spin, along with the  Advanced Spin at 5:30 and the Spinlates class at 7:30 on Wednesday evenings.  Also our Upper Body class that started on Wednesday this week had 6 people come.  It's a 1/2 hour class that starts at 3:30.  Come join the fun!
