Mat Classes

A Pilates mat workout is practice for movement throughout life. It can build strength and flexibility, but what makes it Pilates is how these movements connect with the mind and spirit.

Equipment Classes

Pilates apparatus offer all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things in turn lead to improvements in daily life like better posture, graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. 

Booty Barre Classes

There is no experience required for Pilates Booty Barre. It is a low impact, total body workout. The technique is built around small, controlled, and isometric movements. The program uses a mix of mat work and ballet inspired moves to target the glutes, legs, and abdominals. Have fun while burning calories, and getting long lean muscles.


Classes vary in length and intensity from beginners - learning the fundamentals of movement - to advanced - using all those fundamentals to move in ways ever more challenging.
